The Green Island is situated close to the augmentation of Al-Shiwaikh to Ras Alard, covers the territory of 785,000m² with a distance across of 3.14 km and a perimeter of 1.5 km. The green land is limited by normal rocks brought from Al-Fujairah Emirates.
The sand in this island is imported from different nations. This island comprise of around 50,000 shaded shrubberies and seedlings planted here, and with all the hues and greeneries, it doesn’t give the vibe of being in a desert nation. You can enjoy the various entertainment facilities. You can also take a pleasure by swimming in artificial lake filled with water from gulf. There is also amphitheater that can hold up to 700 viewers, they can have the real feel and enjoy the colorful dancing water with music. You can travel up to 35 meter tall tower to get a stunning view of the Green Island.
The tower itself consist if several play area like Kid’s Castle, with numerous rooms, corridors (long passage), channels, spiral stairway and waterfalls (water flows over a vertical drop). You can also have food at the restaurants that are at both sides of the island. You can also enjoy with family at play are they have (Soap-Football) game of slippery football, inflatable bouncing castles(fun and safety), playground for kids(play area), choices to have fun in train ride & bicycle rent and a good walking path.
