1. Services Provided

Readofia offers the following professional services:

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Lead Generation

• Video Editing & Production

• Graphic Design

• Branding & Digital Consulting

The scope of each service will be defined in the agreed proposal or service contract.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely information required to deliver the service.

• Approve project stages within specified timelines to avoid delays.

• Ensure that any content, logos, or materials provided to us do not infringe on third-party rights.

3. Payment Terms

• All invoices are payable in USD unless otherwise stated.

• Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Payoneer, Wire Transfer, Bitcoin (BTC).

• Payments must be made before the start of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

4. Refund Policy

• Before Work Begins: Full refund available if no work has started.

• After Work Has Started: Refunds are prorated based on completed work(10%, 30 %, 70% like-wise).

• Ongoing Monthly Services: No refunds for work already delivered. Future billing can be canceled anytime.

• No refunds for downloadable products or digital templates.

5. Delivery Timelines

We strive to deliver 99% of projects on time and on budget. Timelines are agreed in advance but may vary due to:

• Client delays in providing feedback or materials.

• Scope changes during the project.

• Unforeseen technical issues.

6. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, final deliverables become the client’s property.

• Readofia retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio.

• Drafts, raw files, and working files remain the property of Readofia unless purchased separately.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, data, and strategies, and will not disclose it without consent unless required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• We do not guarantee specific results such as #1 Google rankings or a fixed number of followers/leads, as outcomes depend on multiple factors beyond our control.

9. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.

• Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

Readofia may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted on our website.
