For service-based projects: Once work has started, refunds are not applicable.
If a project is canceled before any work begins, a full refund will be issued.
If partial work is completed, we refund the unused portion after deducting costs for completed tasks.
For monthly retainers:
No refunds for ongoing monthly services already in progress.
You may cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
For digital products or templates (if applicable):
No refunds due to the downloadable nature of the product.
